It is a theme-oriented showcase of paintings, drawings, graphics and sculptures focusing on displaying food in a broader context, from its birth (crop production, cattle breeding), production, preparation to serving and consumption.
The core part of the exhibition consists of still live of food and drink, a genre that has a rich history in the history of fine arts, and which after a certain period of neglect, of course in modern form, again enjoys the popularity of artists, especially photographers, and is connected with the worldwide growth of interest in culture of gastronomy.
